Risk Management: There shall be sharing of experiences in the implementation of Enterprise wide Risk Management and Internal Control Systems. An appreciation of Risk Management Australia New Zealand Risk Management Standard 4360 and control frameworks shall be attempted. Practical tips to implement these frameworks in different organisations shall be offered. Several other dimensions of Risk Management under specific environments shall be discussed.

Internal Control Systems: The building blocks that ensure that the business is on track at all times. It enables the business to be on autopilot with warning signals being given at appropriate times.
